Getting hotter and more Paulaner

Well, the Chili beer is still getting hotter. Next time i do this, i need to put maybe half a Serano pepper in each bottle. Don't get me wrong it's really quite tasty, but you certainly can't drink a lot of it.

Having had visitors for the last couple of weeks, the fermenting room has been serving its more traditional role of guest bathroom. And now the Paulaner keg is gone and the Stout is getting close to the end as well. And i'm two weeks away from any replacement at best pace. Ho hum. So i started a new Paulaner, since the last was so excellent and then maybe in a week or two I will try to do a all grain Guinness clone.
